By accessing or using Track Wallet ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Description of the service
Track Wallet provides expense tracking, budgeting, and related tools to help you manage your finances. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with or without notice.
Account and registration
You may need to create an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Payments and subscriptions
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy (if any) or applicable law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
Acceptable use

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Track Wallet and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or for other operational or legal reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may retain or delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to the terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will post the revised terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
